easydocex - Secure Document System

Before proceeding, there are a few things you should know.

1. The cost of your EasyDocEx license and setup charge will be invoiced to you. This invoice will be generated and emailed within two business days of enrollment. The Agreement must be returned signed to EasyDocEx via fax, mail or next day air prior to account setup. Our fax number is 214.239.1945.

2. An EasyDocEx representative will contact you regarding the branding of your system, answer any questions and to ensure that we meet your expectations.

3. Your EasyDocEx system will be completed within 2 business days of receipt of the signed Master Subscription Agreement.

4. You will be notified via email when your account is active along with a request for an implementation call to walk you through the user and administrator functions.
